1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled pickup at any time prior to the arrival of our collection driver without incurring any penalty or fee. To cancel, please call our hotline at +880 1700-000000 or notify us via WhatsApp.

2. Re-Wash First Policy

Your total satisfaction is our priority. If any item returned to you does not meet our high standards of cleanliness, fresh aroma, or crisp pressing, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free secondary wash and press.

3. Monetary Refunds

If in the rare event an issue cannot be resolved by our complimentary re-wash guarantee, a partial or full refund for the affected service item will be issued via bKash, Nagad, or cash within 24–48 business hours.
